Shipping Information

We will aim to have your order delivered as quickly as possible. For all standard deliveries within NZ we use PBT & NZ Couriers.

Orders received for next day delivery are required to be processed by 2pm daily. Orders on Friday’s after 2pm till midnight Sunday will be processed Monday morning.

Click & collect Orders made by 2pm are generally available in-store for collection after 2pm the following day. (You will receive a call or email to confirm we have your items for collection first).

National Delivery	All orders = Free Delivery
Click & Collect	Order and pay online and pick up in-store. Please note stock may require to be collected from our warehouse and you will receive and email or   phone call to notify you it is in-store ready for collection.
Delivery Times	Delivery is usually 3-5 working days. Please allow 1-2 days longer if you’re located in a rural area.

 

NOTE: These are just guidelines as some bikes or special requests may take longer depending on requirements or custom parts ordered.
